A good orchestral Song of Storms... never see these anymore. It's a very nice change of pace. Well, I'll never have to ask you to do another song, as you've covered all of my favorite Zelda pieces, and very well I might add.

It was a good call to mix this in with Zelda's Lullaby, it really fit the mood of the piece. I think I'll have to start work on my own version of Zelda's Lullaby now...

VGSongbird responds:

Love to hear it when it's done! :D

It sucks I've all but abandoned the JRPG genre. I used to be HUGE into Final Fantasy, but couldn't bring myself to enjoy it after IX... I might have to give Crystal Chronicles a try, I only hear good things about it.

This is the type of music I enjoy the most: orchestral, epic, and very pleasant. Like always, amazing job with the vocals. I just looked up the original, and I have to say, I prefer yours. It's more upbeat, the kicks give it more life, a great piece overall. This is definitely one of my favorites you've done.

VGSongbird responds:

Wow! ^_^ That's always spectacular to hear if someone prefers it over the original. And of course, coming from you--one of my most loyal supporters--I'm thrilled. Thanks so much for your continuous support ^_^

Wow... nice mix considering the lack of material in the actual tune. I'm definitely starting to take a liking to this electronica style you use. It's a lot like dubstep for me: I hate it as it's own genre, but I love to hear some of my favorite music in that style. I'll keep listening in the future for more pieces.

Now if you excuse me, I'm going to go dust off my Yellow Version.

VGSongbird responds:

Be my guest! For me it's ol' Blue Version, but either way, I'll see you through the link cable ;)

P.s. Thanks for continuing to support me throughout the years.

This needs more love than it's getting.

bluebooblue responds:

*-* Thank you so so much!!!!!

Well, I got some sleep (I hate working fundraisers). Let's try this again.

Great rendition of the Serenade. The piano is a lovely fit to the original feel of the song, but the transition into the Techno mix made this one of the signature sounds I've come to expect from you. As I said on YouTube, I really wasn't expecting it when it came in at first, but it really is quite a lovely original beat.

"Exalting"... what I used to describe your last mix. Scratch that, all your work is rather exalting. It's gotten to the point where pretty much all of your uploads are masterpieces within themselves, and it's quite a privilege to hear them. Keep it up. As long as you keep making music and putting it here, I'll keep listening. You've definitely made me a fan.

VGSongbird responds:

^_^
Thank you so much; you're a great inspiration to me--I always strive to do my best for a listener like you!

Well, ignoring the gain, this is a very chilling piece. Your voice just seems to fit best with these solemn, atmospheric pieces. Again I find myself taken back into a world of sorrowful beauty and an other-worldly feel. The rhythm and tone are perfect, yet again, and once the volume is adjusted to accommodate the overwhelming gain, the piece has harmony that pierces as cold as ice.

I love these solemn pieces. They make me feel a solemn beauty to the Zelda series that is rarely seen nowadays. Keep it up, your work is exalting.

VGSongbird responds:

Exhalting 0.o
Well that's not a word I would've ever imagined someone would pair with my work. Thanks so much for your continuous support!

Sonic '06 only had one thing going for it... This song.

Thanks for yanking that out of it's hands too.

fabbemannen responds:

I actually had a lot of fun with the multiplayer in this game (I don't own it myself)

Nice piece. It captures the small-town feel of Kakariko and has a flair to the melody that's all your own. This is a piece I could listen to for a long time.

VGSongbird responds:

I'm glad. Thanks for taking the time to review ^_^

Took me about a minute to realize that this was Fairy Fountain. I really like what you did with this piece.
I used to actually hate the original (when the game first cam out, I thought it was more annoying than Navi), but the dream-like feel of the piece really adds the calming effect that those shrill harp chords always seemed to take away. I really enjoyed this one.

Now if only someone could erase those frightful memories of the Great Fairy... *shudder*.

VGSongbird responds:

Lol I know right? She had a man face. She just did XD
Thanks for reviewing!! :)

The whole song's pretty cool, a 4.5.
You get another .5 star for Abe there at the beginning.

MashedByMachines responds:

Haha yes! Thanks ;)
